Thank you for choosing Goode Energy Holistic Wellness. These terms set out the conditions that apply when you book a treatment with us. Please read them carefully — by making a booking you are confirming that you have read and agree to this policy.
We understand that life happens, and we will always do our best to be flexible and compassionate. In return, we ask that you respect our time and give us as much notice as possible when plans change.
1. Making a Booking
Bookings can be made via our website at www.goodeenergy.co.uk, by email at hello@goodeenergy.co.uk, or by telephone. Your booking is confirmed once you have received a confirmation from us and your deposit has been received (where applicable).
Please ensure that any health information or consultation forms requested prior to your appointment are completed honestly and in full. This helps us to tailor your treatment safely and effectively.
2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This is collected automatically as part of the online booking process. Your deposit will be deducted from the total treatment price on the day.
Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit payment has been processed successfully. If payment is not completed at the time of booking, your appointment slot will not be held.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Cancelling or Rescheduling with at Least 48 Hours' Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You can do this by emailing hello@goodeenergy.co.uk or by telephone.
Where at least 48 hours' notice is given, we are happy to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled appointment at a mutually convenient time. Please note that your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment on up to two occasions. After two reschedules, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to make any further booking. Rescheduling is offered at Jannene's discretion.
3.2 Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours' Notice)
If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your £10 deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded. No further charge will apply for a late cancellation.
3.3 Non-Attendance (No-Show)
If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, your £10 deposit will be forfeited. In addition, before you are able to book a future treatment, we may request payment of 50% of the treatment balance upfront. This is applied at Jannene's discretion and is in place to protect appointment availability for all clients.
4. Late Arrivals
Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment time may be shortened accordingly to avoid inconvenience to other clients. The full treatment price will still apply.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the best arrangements we can.
5. Cancellation by Goode Energy
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative appointment at a mutually convenient time. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline a booking where, in our professional judgement, a treatment would not be appropriate or safe for a client. In such circumstances, any deposit paid will be refunded.
6. Payments
The remaining balance of your treatment is due on the day of your appointment. We accept payment by:
• Bank transfer (details provided on request)
• Cash
• Card payment
Prices for all treatments are as listed on our website at www.goodeenergy.co.uk and are subject to change. The price applicable to your booking will be confirmed at the time of booking. Invoices can be provided upon request.
7. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers for Goode Energy treatments can be purchased online via our website. Vouchers are processed through SumUp and a voucher code will be issued at the time of purchase.
Please note the following conditions:
• All vouchers are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be honoured, extended, or refunded.
• The voucher code must be entered at checkout when booking online.
• If the voucher value exceeds the cost of the treatment you wish to book, please email hello@goodeenergy.co.uk directly to arrange your appointment and we will apply the voucher manually.
• Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen voucher codes cannot be replaced.
By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, you confirm that you have read and agree to these conditions. The full gift voucher policy is also available on our website.
8. Health, Contraindications & Suitability
Your health and safety is our priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, allergies, or medications prior to your appointment. Some treatments may not be suitable for all clients, and we reserve the right to adapt or decline a treatment where necessary.
Reiki and holistic therapies are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical advice or conventional medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. If you have health concerns, please consult your GP or healthcare provider.
9. Client Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients. We reserve the right to end a session immediately and without refund if a client behaves in a manner that is abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful to the practitioner.
10. Limitation of Liability
Goode Energy Holistic Wellness takes all reasonable care to provide treatments safely and professionally. However, we cannot accept liability for any loss, injury, or damage that arises as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with your booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.goodeenergy.co.uk. We will never share your details with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our booking services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
